To protect the privacy of our guests while using Refresh Spa, we provide tours through our facility for Refresh Spa guests only.
A Spa Receptionist will coordinate a spa experience specifically to meet each individual’s requirements.
Customers may request a specific gender or person for their Massage Therapist and/or Aesthetician when booking an appointment.
Shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment or Men’s Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least eight hours prior to your service.
Health Concerns and Comfort Level
Please notify the Spa Receptionist before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. This will prepare Refresh’s staff in advance so we will be able to provide the best possible Spa Treatment or Therapy for you. If there is anything you would like us to address, please inform the Spa Receptionist.
What to Wear During a Treatment
It is recommended during a Body Treatment or Massage that those treatments are enjoyed without clothing although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. We request that all guests take a shower prior to arrival. We will provide robes and slippers for your convenience.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, allowing you time to change into a robe and sandals before your treatment. Unfortunately late arrivals may result in abbreviated service times.
Sun exposure is not recommended before or after any waxing service.
Spa and Salon Age Requirements
If you are under the age of 18, parental consent to get services is required.
Spa and Salon Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash and gift certificates purchased through the hotel. Registered hotel guests have the option to charge to their room. Gratuities are not included with any of our Spa and Salon treatments.
We request a 24 hour cancellation window for all appointments. Please let us know 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. This also applies for same day bookings. In the event a 24 hour cancellation is not given 50% of the service will be charged to your room or credit card on file. We do require a credit card to hold all reservations.
